This has been the coldest, longest winter we have had so far in Iowa. It is making our move to Texas sound very appealing. We have pretty much spent every day inside since it is too bitter to leave the house. Not to mention my coat has not been able to zip up for the past 3 months. Most days have been in the negative digits but we did have one day where it warmed up to about 25 degrees so we headed outside to enjoy the wonderful weather!

| Valentina didn't know what to do with the snow. When she would fall down, she would just lay there. I think she had on too many layers to pull herself back up. |
