Photo shoot

My friend, Katie took these pictures a few weeks ago for me. We had a lot fun dressing up the baby and putting him in awkward photo positions. Enrique walked in on us in the middle of our little photo shoot and suggested we put clothes on the baby and do something a little more masculine. We, on the other hand, had other plans.

Enriquito's baby blessing

Enriquito in his blessing outfit. My mom sent the cute little outfit he is wearing and Enrique's grandma knitted the blanket he is laying on and the bootie's he is wearing.

Adela, Enrique's mom, was able to fly in for the blessing. We are enjoying having her!

Hawkeye Tailgate

My Dad came in town for Enriquito's baby blessing which happened to be the same weekend as the first football game of the season. Unfortunately we didn't actually go the game but we did walk down to participate in the tailgate festivities. (Note my dad enjoying a hawkeye brat)

Poor Enriqutio had no idea what was going on. All he knew was that his little face was smashed against my chest and he had no choice but to sleep.
